Christmas 05- Relationship Praises & Bad Gifts

Christmas is a great time to give to others especially to those you love and charish. Mind you that it is painful to go through the motions with those you do not know.

It was a great time this weekend giving the kids many of the things they were wanting. Ipod for Brittany and the World of Warcraft for Christian. Yes, even Celeste received a gift from me-BlackEyedPeas CD & a new hair dryer. Sorry CJ, Celeste said that you would feel some guilt if you could not return the favor.

Here is my most important ramble. There should be rules to gifting to others that you do not know. When Celeste & CJ decided to give a basket of Candies to CJ's sister(Robin) who is on WeightWatchers then you have problems. Even though CJ's sister is in great shape and doubtfully needs to watch her weight, careful of food gifts. Food is always a bad choice for a gift due to these similiar situations. Sorry vegians, diabetics, and dieters in the world-I will take the Pedtridge Farms & Truffles.

Here is my Second most important ramble. Couples please listen.
Never confide in your local friends or relatives of the privildged information of your relationship. This will cause ill will toward the non-member couple during any of the future encounters regardless if things have changed since you spilled the beans to the friend or family member. All is lost!

Case in point:
Celeste and CJ went to Gatlinburg to visit with CJ's sister and family on Monday.
Since CJ confided in his sister with some of the relationship issues then Celeste was doomed to have conflict from his sister. Once you spill red wine on a white dress your done-forever stained.
